In order to fill out an adoption application with NEESSR a $5.00 non-refundable donation is required as an application fee.

This donation will go towards the adoption fee of one of our dogs.

Once payment is complete you will be directed to a page to fill out the adoption application online.

Please Note:  In most instances, you will be contacted within two weeks of receipt of your application by one of our volunteers.
