Foster/Adoption Application

NOTICE: NEESSR, Inc. especially welcomes applicants willing and able to foster/adopt:

  Senior dogs (over 10 years old)
  Dogs with medical special needs
  Dogs who don't get along with other dogs & must be the only dog in the home

In order to fill out an foster/adoption application with NEESSR a $15.00 non-refundable donation is required as an application fee. This donation will go towards the adoption fee of one of our dogs.

Once payment is complete you will be directed to a page to fill out the adoption application online.

Please Note: In most instances, you will be contacted within two weeks of receipt of your application by one of our volunteers.
